There is no fee required to book an appointment. However, we do ask for a valid card on file when we book your Saturday or Sunday appointment. If your appointment is canceled within 24 hours prior, we will charge a $35 cancellation fee for Saturday appointments and $50 for Sunday appointments.

Our bridal appointments last an hour and half to an hour and forty- five minutes. During the appointment, you will work one-on-one with one of our Bridal Consultants that will help guide you through the process of selecting your wedding dress(es) for your special day.

We suggest 3 - 4 people for your appointment.

There is nothing specific that is required for trying on our dresses. We just kindly ask that underwear is worn while trying on the dresses.

We do not allow any outside beverages to be brought into the store. However, we happily provide a champagne or sparkling juice celebratory toast when you say, “Yes to the Dress!”

Wedding dresses take approximately 4 - 6 months. Formal gowns vary based on availability from designer.

For wedding dresses, we prefer to special order but if needed we can sell our stock piece.

Wedding dresses range between $1500 - $5000. Average price is $2000.

We do not do any alterations in-house, however, we have a list of preferred seamstresses that we trust and can provide for you.

We only require a half down deposit to have any dress special ordered. The remaining balance is due within 10 days of the dress arriving in store.

Yes, we do! If you buy a dress off the floor we offer a layaway payment program. We require 25% down of the total to put the dress into layaway. You have 60 days to pay off the remaining balance.
