Qualifying dresses purchased off the floor may also be eligible for our layaway program. Special-order wedding dresses require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due after your gown arrives.

Special-order wedding dresses typically take approximately six to eight months to arrive. You'll also want to leave time for alterations before the wedding, so earlier is always better when it comes to starting your dress search.

In some cases, yes. We typically prefer to special-order wedding gowns, but certain in-stock samples may be available for purchase when needed. If your wedding date is coming up quickly, let your stylist know so we can talk through the options available.

We do not complete alterations in-house, but we can provide a list of preferred seamstresses we trust for bridal alterations.
How much do I need to put down when ordering my dress?
A 50% deposit is required when you special-order your wedding dress. The remaining balance is due within 10 days of your gown arriving at Brides by Glitz.
